A Graduate from the Manhattan School of Music (NY) and the HfmT (Muisc School Cologne) is a composer, artist, film music composer, producer and performer. During this time Alexander Held participated in numerous festivals as a guest composer such as the Darmstadt Summer festival, the Ostrava days and the Soundlink festivals to name a few. After finishing his Master Studies in Cologne he was recruited to work with Hans Zimmer in Los Angeles for 8 months as his assistant.

He specialises in experimental Sound design with Classical/Orchestral Instruments as well as Synthesis.
